What is AndaMeds?
AndaMeds, brought to you by Anda Inc., is an online store that offers physicians and physician offices the ability to order products via the Internet.
AndaMeds is a simple way for you to order products online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Browser Requirements
We recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x or Netscape Communicator 4.7x or higher for best results.
If you are using AOL as your Internet Service Provider (ISP), be advised that you may experience problems with our site. AOL customizes their own browser to work with their software, which may cause problems on certain sites that require secure connections. If you experience problems using AOL, please follow the instructions below.

Using AOL as Internet Service Provider
America Online uses a customized version of Microsoft's Internet Explorer as their web browser. Because of this, you may experience problems when trying to access AndaMeds. There is a workaround for this problem, but it does require you to have a copy of Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Communicator on your PC.
Download Microsoft Internet Explorer here.
Install Microsoft Internet Explorer according to Microsoft's instructions. When you're ready to place your next order via AndaMeds, simply access AOL as usual and minimize their software once connected. Click on the Microsoft Internet Explorer icon on your desktop and proceed to http://www.AndaMeds.com and place your order.
How To Sign Up
Anda provides pharmaceuticals only to licensed physicians and pharmacies. You must have the required DEA and state license to set up an account with Anda.
If you don't have an Anda account number:

Click on the "Register" link located at the top of the screen. |

Then choose the option that says "Not a current ANDA Customer yet?" and click on the "Apply" button. |

Next, you'll be prompted to fill in an application for an account. |
| 4. |
You must make sure to fill in all the fields, or the application will not be submitted. |

Upon completion, you will see a message stating, "Thank you, your application has been submitted. You will be contacted by an AndaMeds representative." From this point, a representative will contact you to establish the account and assign you an account number. |

If you have an Anda account number, but you have never logged into AndaMeds before:

Click the "Register Here" button to create a login account. |

When you click the "Register Here" button, you're prompted with the AndaMeds Online Registration screen. |

At the AndaMeds Online Registration screen, type in your account number. |

To verify your account, enter your DEA Number.
- Please note, If you do not have a DEA number on file with Anda, you will not be able to log on to AndaMeds and will need to contact your sales representative. All AndaMeds customers must have a DEA number on file in order to log on |

Next you will be prompted to choose a login name and password. You may choose any name and password you'd like, however, both fields "User name and Password" are limited to 10 characters each. |

Click on the "Next" button. If the login name you've chosen is already in use, you'll be prompted to choose a different name. |

Once you've chosen your name and password, you'll be able to enter your first order.
If you have an existing AndaMeds login, simply enter the User Name and Password you chose previously and click on the "Log On" button. |

Shipping Policy
Anda's standard shipping policy is as follows:
Orders received prior to 9:30 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will be filled and shipped for delivery the following day. Orders received prior to 1:30 PM Eastern Time on Saturday will be shipped Saturday for delivery on Monday. Orders placed after our cutoff times will be shipped the following day for next day delivery. We are closed on Sundays; orders received on Sundays will be shipped on Monday.
Anda's order minimum is $100. Standard orders are shipped freight pre-paid at Anda's expense.
Refrigerated items ordered after 9:30 PM Eastern Time Thursday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
Hazardous Items and Bulk or Heavy Items are subject to GROUND SHIPPING and may not be received the next day.

Anda, Inc. reserves the right to change or modify this policy at any time.
Return Policy
Absolutely no returns on any cold items or flu vaccines.
Full credit will be given for shipping errors made by ANDA and products damaged in transit, provided the error or damage is reported to us within 72 hours of the receipt of product. All returns must be authorized in advance. Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-331-2632 to obtain a return authorization number. The return authorization number should be marked clearly on the outside of the box containing the returned product. At our sole discretion, we may authorize and accept returns for reasons other than shipping error or damage as long as the product is re-sellable. Credit for these returns will be given at the current market price of the returned product less a 20% handling charge.
Any unauthorized returns will not be processed for credit.
Returns will only be accepted for credit from the original purchaser. Credit will not given for products that have been damaged, opened, labeled or marked on except as required by law. Products sold as short-date or closeout are not returnable. Products that are stored improperly or exposed to fire or any other hazardous conditions are not returnable. Products recalls will be handled in accordance with the instructions provided by the manufacturer.
No returns will be accepted on refrigerated items including vaccines or biological products.
Anda reserves the right not to accept bulk returns, returns from inactive accounts with outstanding balances, or accounts in the process of closing or transferring ownership. Anda reserves the right to return or destroy products that are ineligible for credit or are sent without prior authorization.
All products drop shipped through Anda are subject to the return policy of the respective manufacturer.
Allow two to three weeks processing time for credit memos on authorized returns. Please do not deduct any amounts from your payment related to the returned product before receiving the credit.
